Full Electrical Rewire of property - LED lighting throughout
Full Circuit Solutions was hired as the electrical contractor for a property renovation project in Woodford Green, which required a full rewire and installation of electrical and audio-visual (AV) components. We worked alongside a building contractor to complete the project.
Challenge:
Our main challenge for this project was to ensure that all the electrical and AV components were installed safely, efficiently, and to the client's satisfaction. We had to work within a tight timeframe, coordinating with the building contractor to ensure that all aspects of the project were completed on schedule.
Solution:
Our team began by performing a full rewire of the property using high-quality heritage brass sockets and switches to complement the property's aesthetic, ensuring that the finished installation looked sleek and modern.
The electrical and AV portion of the project was broken down into several components:
Small power and lighting: Our team installed all the necessary power outlets and lighting fixtures throughout the property using energy-efficient LED lighting.
Submain to garage to gym conversion: The garage was converted into a gym, requiring a submain to be installed to power the gym's electrical components. We worked closely with the building contractor to ensure that the submain was installed correctly and that all components were wired safely.
CCTV: The client requested a CCTV system to be installed for added security. Our team installed a high-quality CCTV system, using HIKVISION ColorVue cameras that were linked to the internet for cloud access anywhere in the world. The ColorVue cameras provide superior image quality and color reproduction, making them ideal for use in low-light environments.
Intruder alarm: We also installed an intruder alarm system to provide added security to the property.
8-channel Bluestream television matrix: The client wanted the ability to watch TV throughout the property, so we installed an 8-channel Bluestream television matrix, allowing the client to watch TV in any room of the property.
9-zone home audio system: The client requested a 9-zone home audio system, which included a 5.1 surround sound system in the cinema room. We installed a Systemline 7 whole home system that could be controlled from the client's phone, allowing them to switch on and off any zones or listen to them all at once. This was a perfect solution for the client as they enjoy entertaining guests. We used Q Acoustics speakers, known for their high-quality sound and sleek design, to deliver excellent audio quality throughout the property.
Results:
We were able to complete the project on time and to the client's satisfaction. Our team installed all the necessary components efficiently and safely, ensuring that the finished installation looked sleek and modern. The client was pleased with the high-quality components used throughout the installation, particularly the ColorVue cameras' superior image quality and the Systemline 7 whole home system's ease of use.
